Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Workday (especially Core HCM).
• Strong understanding of Workday configuration, EIB, and security roles.
• Experience in data migration and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.).
• Knowledge of HR processes and data confidentiality best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Collaborate with global P&C teams to gather requirements.
• Assist with process mapping and configuration activities.
• Act as a first-level contact for Workday queries.
• Work closely with global teams for interface validation.
