Global Compensation Technology & Enablement Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HRIS to define strategy and management of technology, tools, and systems that support global Total Rewards programs and capabilities.
- Partner with the Global Compensation team and across the Total Rewards COE to ensure systems effectively enable processes like salary planning, benchmarking, market analysis, pay governance, and job architecture.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline processes through automation, self-service capabilities, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Drive system integration and alignment across global regions to support a consistent, scalable, and intuitive compensation experience.
- Partner with HRIS, IT, Finance, and regional Total Rewards teams to ensure systems are optimized for data integrity, user experience, and business insight.
- Own the roadmap for compensation tools and systems enhancements and upgrades, including vendor evaluations, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, tools, templates, and training to support effective system use and adoption across the company.
- Use analytics and insights to identify pain points and opportunities across the compensation lifecycle and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure alignment with security, privacy, and compliance standards globally.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in HR technology, compensation operations, or Total Rewards systems in large, global organizations.
- Proven experience with HCM and compensation planning systems.
- Strong understanding of compensation processes and how technology can enable and enhance them.
- A track record of leveraging automation, AI, and process design to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Experience managing global projects and navigating complex, matrixed environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and creating user-centered experiences.
- A global mindset and ability to balance enterprise needs with local nuances.
