Qualifications

• Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old and have the right to work in South Africa.
• 1+ years experience in an inbound Customer Service associate role preferred.
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful deliveries by supporting customers and delivery stakeholders.
• Be the first point of contact for German customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Gather intelligence to prevent any potential issues affecting customer experience.

Skills

Strong communication skills in German (both written and oral fluency)

Education

NQF Level 4 qualification or Grade 12 qualification
