Brief CSSR Job description

Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams

Assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in German & English languages

Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English & German which may include written correspondence.

Fully paid product and systems training provided.

Daily interactions with international passengers with bookings queries and complaints.

Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.

Demanding and time-sensitive Contact Centre environment

Requirements

Native level fluency in the German language : Verbal & Written skills essential (advanced level may be considered)

Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills

No criminal record

Flexibility to work shifts on a 24 / 7 rotational basis

Previous customer service experience preferred

Employment terms and conditions

1. Remuneration : N$200 000 CTC per annum

2. Full time Permanent contract : 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day

3. Operational hours : 24 / 7; 365 days per week

  • Rotational shifts Mondays - Sundays which include public holidays as operationally required. Working hours may be subject to change depending on client requirements.
  • Specific operating hours may apply depending on account allocated TBD in interview stage (however flexibility is key)

4. Training : 4-6 weeks (Fully Paid)

5. Probation period : 4 months

6. Health insurance benefit (Paid for by the Company)

7. Work from home may be considered
  • Fibre internet connection. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
  • UPS Solution required during load shedding / electricity outages
