A prestigious airline brand is seeking German Customer Service & Sales Representatives to assist passengers with travel inquiries in both German and English. Candidates should have native German fluency, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a demanding environment. Full training is provided, and a competitive salary of N$200,000 CTC per annum is offered along with health benefits. This role may include work-from-home options depending on operational needs.
Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams
Assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in German & English languages
Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English & German which may include written correspondence.
Fully paid product and systems training provided.
Daily interactions with international passengers with bookings queries and complaints.
Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
Demanding and time-sensitive Contact Centre environment
Native level fluency in the German language : Verbal & Written skills essential (advanced level may be considered)
Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills
No criminal record
Flexibility to work shifts on a 24 / 7 rotational basis
Previous customer service experience preferred
1. Remuneration : N$200 000 CTC per annum
2. Full time Permanent contract : 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day
3. Operational hours : 24 / 7; 365 days per week
4. Training : 4-6 weeks (Fully Paid)
5. Probation period : 4 months
6. Health insurance benefit (Paid for by the Company)
