Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records.
  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, marketing, and customer service.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes.
  • Conduct online research to support business projects and decision-making.
  • Monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support social media management, content posting, and basic online marketing activities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
