Responsibilities
- As a Candidate Property Practitioner (aka future real estate boss), you’ll be the go‑to guide for clients looking to buy, sell, or rent homes and commercial spaces.
- You’ll be out there making deals, building relationships, and shaping the future of real estate – all while getting trained by the best Real Estate brands in the game.
Your daily power moves will include
- Helping people find their dream spaces
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of the market
- Listing and showing off awesome properties
- Negotiating deals like a pro
- Handling contracts, paperwork, and the important legal stuff
- Networking your way to a strong client base
- Using tech and social media to grow your personal brand.
What you will need
- 🚗Your wheels (vehicle/motorcycle).
- Unfortunately, clients can't bring their properties to the office.
- Taxis & Trains generally struggle to stop outside people's houses.
- So, you will be on the move & need to be able to get to the clients.
- 💼A valid driving license.
- It goes with the wheels.
- We thought we would just mention it here to be clear.
- 🎯Uber / Bolt / etc.
- Only if you don't have a license or a car, and that's your vibe.
- 📲Your own smartphone.
- Clients will need to contact you.
- You will need to call and text them right back. Just like any other sales job.
- With the right phone, you can also access those cool apps that make life easier, help you build your dream career, and help you take the photos you will need for information purposes.
