Senior Full Stack Developer – Healthtech

Fully Remote (based in South Africa)

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Lead the design, architecture, and end-to-end development of software products from concept to market launch.
• Full Stack Expertise: Write clean, functional, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end systems.
• PWA Development: Develop and maintain Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) using Vue3 and Node.js.
• Azure Development: Build, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure using C#.
• Database Management: Design and manage SQL databases, with a focus on Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Documentation & Mentorship: Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Proven experience in taking software products through the full development lifecycle to a successful market launch.
• Demonstrable experience as a full-stack developer, comfortable with both front-end and back-end technologies listed above.
• Proficiency in developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) using Vue3 and Node.js.
• Strong experience in developing and deploying sites and services on Azure using C#.
• Solid experience with SQL, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
• A deep understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent documentation skills and a methodical approach to recording work.

Highly Desirable (Nice to Have)

• Experience in native Android application development (e.g., maintaining a launcher).
• Knowledge of Web Bluetooth and low-level data communications with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices for hardware interaction.
• Previous experience in mentoring or coaching junior developers.
