About the Role

We're looking for a Front Office Business Analyst to join our client's team and become the expert in all things trading and tech. You'll bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring our trading solutions are on point. Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Be the SME for asset classes, trading strategies, and risk management.


• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specs.


• Conduct gap analysis and suggest new product features.


• Work with product and dev teams to prioritize and refine features.

Client Engagement

• Build strong relationships with clients and act as their trusted advisor.


• Lead demos, workshops, and training sessions.


• Support UAT to ensure the product hits the mark.


• Use market trends and client feedback to shape the product roadmap.


• Work with internal teams to release solutions that match market needs.

Solution Design

• Collaborate with tech teams to design solutions for complex trading workflows.


• Drive process improvements to reduce risk and ensure compliance.


• Provide ongoing product support and enhance the user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Relevant bachelors degree with strong preference for a post graduate qualification.


• Professional qualifications such as a CFA and/ or FRM a bonus).


• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in finance, with expertise in Murex, Calypso, or Front Arena.


• Knowledge of asset classes, trading strategies, and risk management tools.


• Familiarity with trading platforms, risk analytics, and compliance (Dodd-Frank, MiFID II).
