A logistics solutions provider is looking for a motivated Solution Sales Expert in Cape Town, South Africa. The successful candidate will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by promoting logistics solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Responsibilities include conducting a high volume of outbound calls, exceeding sales KPIs, and understanding customer needs. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of inside sales experience and strong communication skills. This role requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to work rotational shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
The Solution Sales Expert is responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by promoting logistics and sourcing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. This role requires a motivated, consultative sales professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls to qualified leads and convert them into active customers.
Consistently exceed KPIs related to new customer acquisition and booking targets.
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable logistics and sourcing solutions.
Support prospects and customers in navigating and utilizing digital tools and platforms effectively.
Maintain accurate reporting of daily activities and pipeline management within CRM systems.
Provide structured feedback from customer interactions to enhance internal processes, customer experience, and solution offerings.
2–5 years of inside sales experience, preferably selling value-based solutions to North American small business or consumer markets.
Demonstrated success in surpassing KPIs, particularly those tied to new customer bookings.
Experience conducting high-volume, high-intensity outbound prospecting.
Background in logistics, global freight forwarding, or eCommerce is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills; proficiency in English is required.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to think creatively and deliver consultative insights.
Proactive, persistent, and energetic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
High level of comfort working with CRM platforms and other digital sales tools.
Willingness to work rotational shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
