Job Title : Senior Airfreight Controller Job Description :

The primary responsibility of the Senior Airfreight Controller lies in overseeing and coordinating the airfreight operations.

Operational tasks include communicating with clients, tracking shipments, registering consol files, and ensuring RCG is completed where necessary.

Financial tasks include verifying WIPS and Accruals on the 'Profit and Loss' tab, preventing storage charges for late document submission, and accurately completing WIPs and Accruals to avoid losses.

Customer-related tasks involve fostering strong relationships with clients, resolving queries that impact claims promptly, and prioritizing customer needs above all else.

Process-related tasks require adhering to standard process flows and reporting any deviations to the supervisor immediately.

Quality-focused tasks demand completing every file to the best of one's ability and ensuring all milestones are met.

Requirements :

• A Matric or Senior Certification equivalent is mandatory.
• Industry-specific qualifications are advantageous.
