Responsibilities

• handle bookings with airlines, shipping lines, and transporters, ensuring optimal routes, transit times, and costs
• track and monitor shipments proactively to ensure timely delivery, resolving any delays, customs issues, or discrepancies
• ensure compliance with Incoterms customs regulations and all relevant imports and exports legislation

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and road), imports and exports
