Job summary

A leading headhunting firm is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst for a hybrid role in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, at least 2 years of FP&A experience, and exposure to Power BI. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, budget analysis, and developing financial models. This position offers a competitive compensation package of up to R70k per month based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A and Financial Modelling.
• Proven track record in traditional FP&A practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and interpret financial and operational reports.
• Conduct Budget vs Actual vs Forecast analysis.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models for revenue, cost, cash flow, and profitability projections.
• Provide margin insights and highlight improvement opportunities.
