Your role and responsibilities:

• Executing live forex trades and managing international payment enquiries
• Following up and responding to new client enquiries quickly and professionally
• Quoting rates, negotiating margins and managing risk exposure
• Delivering exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds expectations
• Working closely with the team to monitor markets, discuss global events and stay informed on currency movements
