Qualifications

• Previous experience in a foreclosure department or legal foreclosure environment is essential.
• Proficient in CACS, LegalSuite, Caselines, and CourtOnline systems.
• Strong ability to work under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Attend to and resolve all banking queries on the Standard Bank system.
• Ensure strict adherence to all bank timelines and procedural requirements.
• Follow up with the Foreclosure team to ensure compliance with bank standards.
• Engage with all stakeholders, including attorneys, clients, and bank representatives.
• Oversee team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Manage and update all Standard Bank foreclosure matters.
• Prepare reports for Directors and Standard Bank.
