You will
  • Ensure the quality of the Food & Beverage service, implementation of and adherence to standards across the services within the scope of their responsibility (kitchen, bar, restaurant, steward and wine advisor services)
  • Ensure consistency in the guest offering (guest experience, personalisation, handling of complaints, etc.) in line with Club Med standards
  • Develop budget targets, and implement action plans to ensure achieving set targets
  • Manage, supervise and assist teams in terms of development and achieving qualitative and quantitative results
  • Ensure adherence to legal and commercial sales procedures in the resort and the appropriation thereof by the teams
  • Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as that the maintenance of the resort's assets
