Vacancy: Floor Supervisor (FMCG Warehouse)

Our client is seeking the services of an experienced Floor Supervisor to join their team in a fast-paced FMCG warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispatching & receiving clerks checkers Bendi & Forklift operators scooter drivers packers and loaders.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end warehouse operations daily.
• Ensure accurate scheduling loading and offloading of inbound & outbound shipments.
• Oversee quality control equipment management health & safety sanitation and security.
• Manage labour efficiently to meet company service and cost objectives.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 with at least 2 years direct experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of modern warehousing practices and accurate inventory control.
• Valid drivers license and Forklift Driver Certificate (essential).
• Strong leadership planning and organizational skills.
