Job Purpose

To deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring on-the-floor stock availability, and contributing to increase sales and minimising losses

Areas of Responsibility
Customer Experience
  • Be professional.
  • Greet, smile, and acknowledge customers.
  • Know layout of store to direct customers to products
Store Disciplines & Productivity
  • Opening & closing procedures are followed.
  • To ensure all merchandising principles are always in place and that every item is ticketed.
  • Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual.
  • Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates.
  • Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups.
  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
  • Competency Assessment Achieved
