A dynamic FinTech company is seeking a Legal Advisor to provide legal support across South Africa, SSA, and Mauritius. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of strong commercial law experience, be an admitted attorney, and possess exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities include drafting commercial agreements, managing disputes, and ensuring legal compliance. This is a full-time role that requires occasional travel and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE with strong commercial law experience.
• Experience in SA essential; SSA exposure beneficial.
• Additional languages (French / Portuguese) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Lead supplier legal processes and manage disputes.
• Support labour/HR matters and manage litigation.
