Develop and execute strategic finance plans to optimize profitability, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers, fostering transparent communication and building strong relationships.

Negotiate with banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers to secure optimal deals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring seamless processing and submission.

Support the sales team in deal structuring and closure, leveraging expertise to drive revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent is essential; RE5 Certification and FAIS accreditation are highly desirable.

A minimum of three years' experience as an F&I Manager in the motor industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and compliance skills, underpinned by a strong customer service orientation and ethical standards.
