Our client is seeking a Financial Manager to lead its Finance & Administration team in Cape Town. This is a pivotal role with structured succession into full departmental responsibility, reporting directly to C‑suite.

The Role:
  • Lead Finance & Administration (Bookkeeping, HR support, and Reception).
  • Drive financial planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and governance requirements.
  • Strengthen financial controls and risk management.
  • Provide strategic financial insight to support investment and operational decisions.
  • Oversee HR and administrative compliance.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance.
  • Professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, SAIPA or equivalent).
  • 3+ years’ experience in financial management.
  • Proven leadership of small, cross‑functional teams. (not essential).
  • Strong systems knowledge (Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics 365/Navision advantageous).
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Exposure to HR/administration and experience in logistics, travel, or tourism will be valued.
