Job summary

A recruitment agency in South Africa is seeking a skilled individual for financial tasks including invoicing clients in multiple currencies, assisting with creditors reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping. Qualifications

Responsibilities

JOB SPECIFICATION
Position Overview :

Capturing, Postings, Allocations, Reports

Duties :
  • Invoicing to clients (in multiple currencies) (invoices and credit notes) Invoicing to clients (in multiple currencies) (invoices and credit notes) Assist with creditors reconciliations and allocations
  • Basic Bookkeeping (including bank reconciliations)
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting (expense reports, asset list updating, stock takes, etc) Prepare documents for banks and other institutions
  • Other financial tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Matric Essential
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office-Excel [Advanced], Word, Outlook) Pastel / Sage (Evolution) (2-year recent experience)
  • Tertiary financial qualification will be an advantage
SKILLS
  • Excellent Financial Skills (Back Office)
