Job description

We are seeking a commercially and operationally astute Finance and Process Improvement Analyst with strong SQL, BI, and data analytics capabilities to join our Financial Operations and Business Intelligence division.

This role combines business process re‑engineering, gap analysis, and solution management with financial and commercial insight, enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the full value chain.

The ideal candidate will drive revenue enhancements, predictive analytics and modeling, and AI‑powered insights while optimising operational processes.

They will collaborate with business unit leaders to enhance processes, evaluate operations critically, lead change initiatives, and deliver commercially and operationally viable solutions to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Deliver end‑to‑end revenue forecasts and cost‑to‑income analysis at divisional and campaign levels
  • Develop and maintain variance reports and profitability models for weekly, monthly, and bi‑annual budgeting cycles
  • Analyse key financial levers: sales‑to‑activation rates, revenue per sale, commission efficiency, and cost attribution
  • Provide real‑time financial insights to guide sales execution, team deployment, resource allocation, and optimisation
Business Process Re‑Engineering & Solution Management
  • Identify operational and financial gaps through gap analysis and recommend solutions
  • Redesign business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance commercial performance
  • Implement changes collaboratively with stakeholders and track their impact
Business Intelligence & Operational Analytics
  • Design and deploy SQL‑based reporting tools, automated dashboards, and self‑serve analytics
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as agent conversion rates, productivity ratios, and net revenue per agent
  • Use BI and analytics to inform decision‑making across the value chain, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks
AI & Data Strategy
  • Support AI‑driven analytics, predictive modelling, and campaign simulations to improve financial and operational outcomes
  • Translate business needs into data‑led strategies and performance‑enhancing interventions
  • Promote a culture of data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or related field
  • 2+ years in a financial analyst role, preferably in a sales‑led or BPO environment
  • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and modelling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS reporting
  • Experience in business process re‑engineering, gap analysis, and solution management
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to convert complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience in forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis
  • Exposure to AI tools or predictive analytics platforms is an advantage
