The role entails overseeing budgeting and financial management, performing analysis and reporting, and managing the Finance Team. Candidates should possess a degree in accounting and have at least five years of practical experience. Registration with professional accounting organizations is a plus. The package is negotiable.

Qualifications

  • Registration with professional accounting industry organizations is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years practical work experience in accounting.
  • Experience in BuildSmart payroll, Accounting, and Procurement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee corporate budgeting, financial management, and monitoring processes.
  • Perform financial analysis, reporting, and management activities.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate new finance employees.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and benefits.
  • Coordinate financial activities of company entities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Develop accounting procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in account payable and receivable activities.
  • Prepare financial systems for internal and external audits.
  • Manage the Finance Team and report to the CFO.
  • Attend meetings and liaise with auditors.
