We're looking for a Financial Controller to join our growing Finance team.

With your technical expertise as a chartered accountant, you'll implement an appropriate approach to accounting and financial controls for the entity.

You'll support the audit process and ensure the business receives high-quality, timely financial data on which to base its decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

Ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes, following IFRS and local GAAP

Performing product accounting control and reconciliations, including analysis of key general ledger accounts and variance explanations

Conducting financial analysis to support reporting and strategic decision-making related to new product launches and business expansion

Collaborating with external auditors on the audit process

Monitoring and maintaining general ledger entries and reconciliations using Oracle NetSuite and other automation tools

Ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

Contributing to process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen financial control and reporting

Leading and supporting financial audits and requirements

What You'll Need

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field

A CPA or CA qualification

7+ years of experience in finance and controlling functions

Impressive accounting knowledge with proven experience in IFRS consolidated financial reporting

A structural and logical approach to solving problems

Solid analytical skills and a hands‑on attitude

Experience within a fast‑growing organisation

Great motivation and focus on delivery

Nice to have

Experience in financial services with international aspects
