Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across UK and SA properties.
Deliver accurate, compliant financial reporting and insights that power commercial decisions.
Lead cost-control initiatives that enhance profitability and operational excellence.
Manage cross-border tax, VAT, multi-currency transactions, and intercompany processes.
Partner with senior leaders to evaluate property performance, expansion opportunities, and investment priorities.
Champion strong financial controls, high-performing teams, and streamlined processes across PMS, POS, and ERP systems.
Degree in Finance / Accounting; professional qualification (CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA) is a bonus.
5+ years' experience in hospitality finance, ideally across both UK and South African markets.
Strong command of hospitality KPIs, cost management, and multi-site operations.
Tech-savvy with advanced knowledge of financial and hospitality systems.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with the confidence to influence and inspire.
