To manage and oversee sales and service operations within a specific geographic area.

Responsibilities
  • Sell products and services and reach sales targets.
  • Update the data base and capture queries accurately.
  • Conduct market research and provide detailed product/service information.
  • Prospect new customers, build and maintain strong client relationships, and handle complaints.
  • Present products or services through demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Report on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics, and gather customer feedback.
  • Adhere to standards, guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of financial services experience and customer service or field sales experience.
  • National Matric Certificate (Grade 12 / NQF level 4). Relevant regulatory qualification or in progress.
  • Preferred FSCA related qualification (NQF 5 with 120 credits).
  • Business development, field sales, objection handling and target‑driven skills.
  • Strong customer service, conflict resolution, brand development and administration skills.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work under pressure, excellent communication and time management skills.
