Job description

The Body Shop is looking for candidates to work over the Festive period. The successful candidate will offer exceptional customer service and meet the following criteria:

Purpose

To offer exceptional customer service over the festive trade period.

Job Objectives
  • Deliver superior customer service by being visible and offering a friendly and professional service.
  • Respond to basic product knowledge queries from customers.
  • Assist or direct customers to products.
  • Execute and maintain all merchandising duties according to store and visual merchandise standards.
  • Efficiently restock shelves and assist in keeping the store clean and orderly.
  • Wrap and bag items purchased by customers.
  • Inform customers about promotions and offerings.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Experience in sales or service environment (desirable).
Skills, Abilities And Job Related Knowledge
  • Able to work efficiently within guidelines and timeframes.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Enthusiastic and vibrant.
