About the job Female Secretary for Director

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Secretary to support the Director in day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage confidential information with discretion. The Secretary will play a critical role in ensuring the Director's schedule is efficiently managed, meetings are coordinated, and correspondence is handled promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Directors schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute reports
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, etc.)
  • Maintain confidential files and documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the Director
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients on behalf of the Director
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
