A leading QSR management company in Limpopo is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee multiple store operations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with brand standards, driving profitability through financial analysis, and leading a team of store managers across various locations. Ideal candidates have over 5 years in the QSR industry and a strong background in operational management and customer service.
Operational Management
Oversee the performance and operations of multiple QSR stores within a designated region.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations.
Conduct regular store visits, inspections, and audits to ensure operational consistency.
Implement operational improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Financial Performance
Drive store profitability by monitoring sales performance, cost controls, and budget adherence.
Analyse monthly store P&Ls and implement action plans to improve financial outcomes.
Forecast staffing needs, stock levels, and operational expenses.
People Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and their teams.
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff across multiple outlets.
Manage performance, conduct coaching sessions, and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-centric service.
Customer Experience
Champion and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all stores.
Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure prompt corrective actions.
Ensure stores deliver consistent, high-quality food and service.
Operational Excellence
Implement new processes, product rollouts, and operational initiatives across all stores.
Ensure all stores meet regulatory, hygiene, and safety standards.
Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, waste control, and shrinkage reduction.
Ensure equipment is well-maintained and operational downtime is minimised.
Reporting & Communication
Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership.
Ensure effective communication channels between head office, store managers, and crews.
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Training, and Finance to support cross-functional initiatives.
5+ years experience in the QSR industry .
Minimum 3 years multi-store or area management experience.
Strong understanding of QSR operations, food safety standards, and customer service delivery.
Proven experience managing teams of 20+ across multiple locations.
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel extensively.
Strong financial acumen and experience working with store P&Ls.
