Job summary

A leading hotel group is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Cape Town. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, lead and mentor a team, and ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and strong leadership skills. This role requires proficiency in architectural drawings and knowledge of OHAS regulations. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Project management or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor personnel and manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure standards of facility upkeep.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.
