Grace Adventures Ministries is a year‑round Christian organization in northwest Michigan that is passionate about helping students, adults, and families strengthen their personal, professional, and spiritual relationships through trainings, retreats, camps, and family camping.

Summary of Position

Fulfill the overall ministry of Grace Adventures and cast a vision to others. This position will be part of the Facilities and Maintenance team that demonstrates world‑class excellence through their care of the ministry’s campuses, including maintaining buildings, grounds, activity sites, vehicle and equipment, snow removal, boats, roads, parking lots, septic, and well infrastructure.

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in a related field.

• Physical ability to travel and implement various physical work activities over 378 acres encompassing three separate campuses in Mears and an additional 141‑acre campus near White Cloud, MI. Lifting and carrying may be part of the job.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
