JOB DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing documentation
• Coordinating shipments
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations
• Maintaining accurate records of export transactions and updating relevant systems
• Ensuring all export activities adhere to relevant regulations and procedures.
• Providing clear and timely communication to internal teams and external clients regarding shipment status and any issues

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• Relevant qualifications / training

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in import and exports
• Knowledge of the Ecos system
• Knowledge and understanding of meat processing an advantage
