Your Mission

You’ll be a force multiplier, anticipating needs and managing the flow of information to keep leaders focused on what matters most. Your responsibilities include:

  • Mastering the calendar: Proactively managing complex schedules, meetings, and travel to maximize efficiency.
  • Owning the inbox: Acting as a gatekeeper and first responder to manage communications and prioritize key messages.
  • Driving special projects: Taking charge of projects from start to finish with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Building connections: Serving as a professional, confidential liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
What We Need
  • Experience: More than 6 months of experience as an administrative or executive assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives.
  • Communication: A clear, confident, and discreet communication style, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and often ambiguous environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: A natural comfort with technology and a rapid learning curve.
  • Availability: Must be available full-time (40 hrs/week) during U.S. business hours.
