Rohloff Group is seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Personal Assistant to the Finance Executive. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Finance Executive and the Reporting Department. Key responsibilities include coordinating financial transactions, managing calendars and appointments, preparing financial reports, and supporting planning activities across the department.
What will be expected of you?
- Providing full administrative support to the Finance Executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
- Managing the diaries of the Finance Executive and Finance Team to ensure effective prioritisation and smooth coordination of all commitments.
- Assisting with financial transaction processing (accounts payable and receivable) and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Preparing and compiling financial reports for review by the Finance Executive and Finance Team.
- Supporting budget planning, tracking, and reporting while ensuring alignment with financial policies and procedures.
- Assisting with financial providing accurate data to support decision‑making.
- Coordinating and supporting finance‑related and administrative projects, ensuring timely progress and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations and contributing to process improvements.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Completing ad‑hoc administrative and financial tasks as required by the Finance Executive.
Do you have what it takes?
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar administrative or finance support role.
- Diploma or Advance Certificates.
- Driver's license and own vehicle
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally across all levels.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of financial management or ERP software is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and strong alignment with organisational values.
- Excellent planning, organising, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A self‑starter who is flexible, proactive, energetic, and confident.
- High level of efficiency and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions.
