We\'re seeking a skilled Executive Operations Specialist to provide strategic, high-level support to our leadership team. This role is for a proactive individual who excels at managing complexity and empowering executives to focus on key initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize complex calendars, travel, and logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling all correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
  • Initiate and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and with a high degree of quality.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, with a strong preference for experience supporting high-level executives.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, impeccable organizational skills, and a high level of discretion.
  • Mindset: A solutions-first, proactive mindset with a strong ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical: Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with various digital tools and platforms.
