The General Manager, Sales and Retention will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of the Road Transport sales and brokering vertical.
This entails having an in-depth understanding of all functions in the transport industry, including Operations, Human Resources, IT and Finance as well as Sales.
Strategically retain existing customer base while targeting new logos to meet ambitious vertical growth targets.
Ensure DSV Sales team aligns with company strategy to achieve long-term relationships and profitable business within portfolio accounts.
Tender Submissions: Evaluate market tenders on behalf of DSV ensuring timely submission according to client agreements.
