Brunswick Group is looking for an Executive to join our growing Digital practice in Johannesburg. This is an exciting role for someone with a strong grounding in digital and a keen interest in corporate communications-based SEO, AI and integrated digital strategy.

As an Executive, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality work for clients, supporting senior colleagues, and contributing your own insights. You will have the opportunity to learn quickly, take ownership of tasks, and develop trusted relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

This role offers exposure to SEO and AI strategy, implementation, and analytics, with scope to deepen expertise across reporting, stakeholder engagement, and corporate reputation management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to SEO and AI analysis, reporting, and recommendations, strengthening expertise in corporate communications SEO.
  • Conduct research on client landscapes, digital performance, and competitor activity to produce actionable insights.
  • Draft clear, well-structured client materials including monitoring reports, advice notes, and presentations.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate SEO insights and strategy into broader communications mandates.
  • Develop relationships with colleagues and external partners (e.g. media, digital platforms, and industry specialists) that add value to client work.
  • Ensure immaculate execution and attention to detail in all client deliverables.
  • 2–4 years of proven SEO experience, ideally in an agency, consultancy, or corporate communications environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and performance analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse digital performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills; able to distil complex information into clear outputs.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and visual – with confidence in presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn and contribute beyond day-to-day tasks.
