We're looking for ahigh-level Executive Assistantwho can operate as the founder's right hand across business, operations, research, personal tasks, and decision-making support.

This role is built for someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, works fast, communicates clearly, and brings strong judgment to ambiguous problems.

You’ll handle a blend ofoperations, research, coordination, strategic support, and personal workflow management.

This is not a task-taking role.

You’ll be expected to anticipate needs, create structure, and keep the founder's world moving with clarity and momentum.

What You’ll Work On
  • Founder Support and Prioritization
    • Act as the founder's primary partner across personal and business workflows
    • Manage communications, schedules, decisions, and priorities across multiple companies
    • Filter, organize, and structure high-volume information so the founder always sees what matters
    • Anticipate needs before they're expressed and solve problems without handholding
  • Research, Analysis, and Vendor Sourcing
    • Conduct deep research on software, AI tools, and emerging solutions
    • Compare options, prepare summaries, and recommend the strongest direction with clear reasoning
    • Source vendors for niche items like stationery, creative gifting, personal shopping needs, or specialty services
    • Handle lifestyle-oriented research that requires strong taste and Western cultural familiarity
  • Operations and Systems Support
    • Support founder-led operations for a holding company acquiring businesses
    • Build structure inside fast-moving, chaotic environments when needed
    • Coordinate across teams, agencies, partners, or contractors
    • Maintain high accountability and clear communication across all moving parts
  • Personal and Lifestyle Coordination
    • Manage personal tasks requiring discretion, emotional intelligence, and good taste
    • Coordinate shopping, gifting, travel needs, and personal logistics
    • Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experiencesupporting founders, executives, or operating teams
  • Excellent English communication with near-native fluency
  • High energy, upbeat presence, and the ability to match a fast, demanding workflow
  • Strong research instincts and resourcefulness — you can find anything online
  • Ability to operate with little direction, make decisions, and own outcomes
  • Comfortable with blended personal and business support
  • Tech-savvy and able to evaluate tools, apps, and AI solutions independently
  • Experienced with Slack, Asana, CRMs, and modern online work systems
Nice to Have
  • Experience in private equity, venture capital, or startup operations
  • Background supporting founders in high-pressure or high-growth environments
  • Experience with competitive research, systems building, or tech-forward workflows
  • Familiarity with Western lifestyle expectations, brands, and cultural references
