A fast-growing iGaming company in South Africa is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This vital role requires a proactive individual with over 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, highly developed organizational skills, and a strong ability to handle confidential information. Responsibilities include managing diaries, preparing executive materials, and liaising with stakeholders, all while helping to steer the business. You will work at the heart of strategy and high-level decision-making in a dynamic environment.
Our client is a fast-scaling iGaming and sports betting group operating across multiple regulated African markets. The CEO is building at speed, and they are looking for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to become the operational backbone of the business.
You will sit at the centre of growth, strategy, and execution — trusted with sensitive information, exposed to board-level decision-making, and empowered to manage complexity at scale.
This is a role for someone who does not simply react to the business, but helps steer it.
You will act as the CEO’s right hand — protecting time, driving structure, and ensuring the business operates with pace and clarity.
Your key job responsibilities as Executive Assistant to CEO will include:
You bring structure to complexity and clarity to fast-moving environments. You are commercially aware, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable operating at the highest level of the business.
Experience in iGaming, sports betting, fintech, payments, or regulated industries is highly advantageous.
