This role requires an exceptionally detail-oriented, execution-focused Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct day‑to‑day support to the CEO and key executives.
  • Maintain strong oversight of the CEO's inbox, calendar, communication, and follow‑ups.
  • Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely execution without micromanagement.
  • Participate in daily or twice‑daily check‑ins with leadership when needed.
  • Support cross‑functional initiatives and operational projects as assigned.
  • Monitor incoming communications, including late‑evening messages, and ensure nothing critical is missed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams through shared communication channels.
  • Ensure context is built around tasks and decisions to support efficient execution.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and strong judgment at all times.
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or working in a fast‑paced operational or administrative environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume workloads.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • High cognitive ability and quick problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones, supporting a schedule aligned with UK hours and partially overlapping with US Eastern Time.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑growth environment with evolving priorities.
  • Ability to maintain ownership, follow‑through, and consistency under pressure.
