Executive Assistant
Virtustant is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team.
This role requires an exceptionally detail-oriented, execution-focused Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct day‑to‑day support to the CEO and key executives.
- Maintain strong oversight of the CEO's inbox, calendar, communication, and follow‑ups.
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely execution without micromanagement.
- Participate in daily or twice‑daily check‑ins with leadership when needed.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives and operational projects as assigned.
- Monitor incoming communications, including late‑evening messages, and ensure nothing critical is missed.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams through shared communication channels.
- Ensure context is built around tasks and decisions to support efficient execution.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and strong judgment at all times.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or working in a fast‑paced operational or administrative environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume workloads.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- High cognitive ability and quick problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones, supporting a schedule aligned with UK hours and partially overlapping with US Eastern Time.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Ability to maintain ownership, follow‑through, and consistency under pressure.
