Manage logistics, liaise with suppliers, and assist with the full event lifecycle — from planning and organisation to on-the-ground delivery and post-event wrap-up.

This role requires a hands-on professional who thrives under pressure, works well with teams, and pays meticulous attention to detail.

Salary: R18 000 – R20 000 CTC per month.

4-Month Fixed-Term Contract.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination (team-building event experience advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional, client-facing approach
  • Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving ability under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player (experience in digital marketing or graphic design advantageous)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Event Logistics: Coordinate venues, suppliers, catering, AV, entertainment, and deliveries
  • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients and attendees, ensuring updates and smooth communication
  • Administration: Prepare schedules, budgets, quotations, invoices, and maintain event documentation
  • On-Site Support: Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown, proactively resolving issues
  • Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with service providers to ensure reliable delivery
  • Post-Event: Assist with debriefs, collect feedback, and finalise financial reconciliations
