The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and managing the medical component of events, ensuring that all logistical and administrative aspects are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all administrative duties related to event planning, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Prepare and manage quotes for events, ensuring all costs are accurately accounted for.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, and internal teams to coordinate event logistics.
  • Oversee on-site coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Drive to various event locations as required.
