Job description

Responsible for driving sales and developing the Events and Group Play segments. Lead the team in achieving operational goals while providing comprehensive support to clients for all event and group play needs. Additionally, assist the Club Manager in hosting and facilitating Padel activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualification: Grade 12

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar industry

Interaction with Others: Lead by example, Teamwork

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product knowledge of all operational assets, venues, and event planning details
  • Provide excellent customer service, including needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation
  • Manage event and group bookings, contracts, and policies
  • Coordinate all aspects of events, including client communication, setup, and execution
  • Oversee operations, including supplier relationships, stock control, and complaint resolution
  • Manage host services, including court bookings, guest welcoming, and court engagement activities
  • Maintain court and facility cleanliness and safety standards
  • Assist with marketing content creation and customer engagement initiatives
  • Ensure financial procedures are followed, including billing and budget management
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation of the club
