An established residential estate in Durban North is seeking a highly skilled Estate Manager with strong strategic communication, operational leadership, and planning excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary liaison with the Board; prepare professional reports and meeting packs
  • Manage all estate operations: security, landscaping, maintenance, contractors
  • Oversee budgets, projects, SLA compliance, and contractor performance
  • Handle resident relations, disputes, and community communication
  • Plan and run AGMs, Board meetings, and estate events
  • Lead, coach, and develop administrative staff
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years estate / property management experience (secure estates preferred)
  • Strong written communication and executive reporting ability
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and swift implementation skills
  • Sound judgment and ability to resolve issues independently
  • Experience managing teams and contractors
  • Advanced MS Office; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
