Job summary

A leading creative agency seeks a Junior Practice Assistant in Durban North. This role involves supporting daily operations, managing patient files, and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates are organized, fluent in Afrikaans and English, and possess a Matric qualification, along with some relevant experience. A salary between R 5,000 - R 6,000 plus incentives is offered, with retail hours expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the Optical industry is advantageous.
• Previous sales experience.
• Experience in customer service and stock control.
• Experience in medical practices is beneficial.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English is required.
• Valid RSA driver's license and own or reliable transport.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients.
• Open and manage patient files.
• Assist patients with fitting frames.
• Compile quotations and invoices.
• Assist with stock takes.
• Schedule appointments.
• Ensure that the practice is organized and tidy.
