MISSION STATEMENT

The Entity Resolution Analyst is required to use their ingenuity and investigative senses to identify / find a particular company record in Inoxicos database using input information provided by our clients. Input information includes the company name, broken registration / VAT number, telephone number, website etc. Using the input information in combination with Inoxicos software, Google and other sources an appropriate match must be identified in Inoxicos database and captured.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Entity Resolution (80%)

• Find and match the correct entity from the Inoxico database with that of the input information provided by clients
• Perform the work efficiently within company SLAs
• Work with Quality Control to ensure minimal mismatch errors and high levels of accuracy
• Proactively assist and work with clients to comprehensively match their debtors book
• Participate / conduct training when required

Continuous Improvement (20%)

• Maintain knowledge of ETL tools such as Microsoft Excel, KNIME Analytics Platform and Microsoft SQL Server
• Collaborate with other team members to identify inefficiencies in the entity resolution process and develop or suggest optimization improvements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years experience in a similar environment
• Higher Certificate preferred
• Experience with start-ups or scaling up companies
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment is essential
• Experience in customer support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-Motivated and highly productive
