About the Role

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Enrolled Nursing Assistants (ENAs) to join our healthcare team on a contract basis. The positions involve home visits and virtual consultations to provide patient-centered nursing care within a community or home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and virtual consultations and provide quality nursing care in accordance with patient care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
• Administer medication and assist with wound care and basic nursing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
• Support patients and families with education and care guidance.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA) qualification.
