Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years qualification (NQF level 6 or higher) in Labour Relations or related.
• At least 2 years experience in a labour relations environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage grievances and facilitate dispute resolution promptly.
• Provide support during dispute proceedings.
• Implement misconduct and disciplinary processes efficiently.
• Draft reports and documentation for departmental representation.
• Coordinate employee relations programs and logistical support.
