The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. This is a fully remote role, perfect for candidates who are organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple email accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, sort, and prioritize incoming emails to ensure prompt responses.
  • Draft, edit, and send professional email communications on behalf of the organization.
  • Respond to general inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain accurate records of email communications in company systems.
  • Categorize and organize emails to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
  • Follow up with clients or team members to ensure timely resolution of requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Suggerst improvements in email management processes to optimize productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
