If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Machine Electrical Systems Designer at our leading Mining Capital Equipment Supplier!

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop new electrical systems for machines, pushing the boundaries of innovation.
  • Update and improve current electrical systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Develop machine‑specific diagnostic interface programs for field service technicians, ensuring smooth operation in the field mission and troubleshoot new machines to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Requirements
  • Experience in electrical system design.
  • Understanding of electrical system design and development, including hydraulic control circuits, auto electric control circuits, and digital control systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and own transport.
  • Beneficial experience: mobile software development experience.
  • E Plan understanding.
  • Familiarity with trackless drivetrains and trackless mining environments.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Understanding of CAN bus systems.
Qualifications
  • B-Tech degree in Electrical‑Electronic Engineering or similar, recognized by ECSA.
